In this role, you will act as the vital bridge connecting our warehouse floor, the cores department, and our drivers. Key Responsibilities Load Control & Driver Readiness:

Verify that all trucks and trailers are loaded correctly and securely. Ensure drivers have all necessary equipment and inventory in their trailers before departure.

Floor & Dock Management:

Maintain a clean, organized, and high-flowing warehouse floor. Constantly monitor dock doors to ensure trailers are available, track incoming core/empty trailers, and position them strategically for daily routes.

Inbound & Paperwork Coordination:

Oversee returning drivers and trailers carrying cores. Ensure all inbound shipments are highly organized and all accompanying paperwork is accurate and processed.

Daily Communication & Logistics:

Maintain constant communication with drivers to coordinate trailer movements. Partner with the cores department to ensure shared equipment (like pallet jacks) is returned promptly.

General Operations Support:

Act as a proactive right-hand to the Warehouse Manager, jumping into various tasks and adapting to changing daily priorities to support the team.

Prior experience in warehouse logistics, dock scheduling, shipping/receiving, or a coordinator role is highly preferred.

$22.00 - $30.21 per hour
