Hours:
4:15pm
  • 2:30am (candidates must be available to work weekends
  • Saturday/Sunday) We are searching for candidates with prior leadership and/or driving experience for our night shift Yard Shuttle Lead! For this role, candidate's will need to have a valid driver's license, be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).   • Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead, train, and monitor the performance of employees working in the lots
  • Ensure staff are following safety protocols and providing excellent customer service
  • Provide guidance on parking lot procedures, such as vehicle entry/exit, parking guidelines, and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee the proper allocation of movement and storage for vehicles
  • Ensure vehicles are parked correctly to optimize space usage and minimize congestion
  • Maintain a schedule for transit vehicle arrivals and departure
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including vehicle maneuvering, no damage to vehicles, equipment or property
  • Complete reporting requirements on time, ensuring accuracy
  • Monitor parking lot conditions to identify and resolve any hazards or maintenance issues
  • Assist with maintaining records of vehicle maintenance and parking lot inspections
Driver Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a company, personal, or customer vehicle, following traffic laws and safety policies
  • Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report any issues
  • Ensure safe employee entry/exit and follow assigned routes
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and report incidents promptly
Passenger Responsibilities:
  • Follow safety guidelines, including wearing a seatbelt
  • Enter/exit safely and assist with directions if needed
  • Avoid distractions and report unsafe conditions
