• Day Shift Sedalia, MO | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM IMKO is hiring a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator for a local manufacturing company in Sedalia!

This position helps keep daily shipping and receiving operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and required paperwork Track orders, inventory, and shipment information Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries Assist with picking, packing, loading, and unloading as needed Use warehouse/ERP systems to maintain accurate records Help resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies Follow company safety, quality, and shipping procedures

What We're Looking For:

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, have strong attention to detail, and be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Forklift/RF scanner experience and familiarity with AS400 or similar systems are a plus.
