Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear direction and motivating team members to achieve operational goals. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, proper storage, and timely replenishment of stock. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipments against documentation and maintaining high standards of materials handling. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RAMP platforms to monitor inventory levels and streamline processes. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize warehouse distribution workflows. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Manage forklift operations and mechanical equipment to facilitate heavy lifting and materials handling safely and effectively. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to support e-commerce fulfillment and distribution needs. Conduct regular audits of inventory control procedures, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly. Lead training initiatives on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation to maintain a knowledgeable workforce. Experience Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of inventory management systems, logistics operations, and warehouse distribution practices. Hands-on experience with forklift operation, heavy lifting, materials handling equipment, and mechanical knowledge is essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), food safety, and OSHA safety standards is highly desirable. Strong background in process improvement initiatives within a warehouse setting. Previous experience working in e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL environments is a plus. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment. Pay:

$57,155.43 - $68,832.35 per year
