Position Title Order Fulfillment Technician Job Description What You Will Do Fulfill customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently Create and manage transportation manifests in compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations Perform daily METRC transactions and maintain accurate compliance records Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate product tracking throughout the facility Complete quality control (QC) inspections to verify product accuracy, labeling, and packaging standards Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and operational documentation Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies Support cross-functional teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and state regulations What Success Looks Like Consistently fulfills orders accurately and on time Maintains inventory accuracy and compliance within METRC and internal systems Demonstrates strong attention to detail in manifests, reporting, and documentation Supports operational efficiency through organization and proactive communication Maintains quality standards and compliance requirements with minimal errors Contributes positively to team productivity and workflow Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card High school diploma or equivalent required Previous inventory, fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or cannabis industry experience preferred Experience with METRC preferred but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to accurately enter and manage data Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation Base pay: $18.00 per hour Work Location Agri-Genesis Facility -
