Job Description

Due to changes within the organization and impending retirements, we are looking to hire! Human Resources Manager We are seeking a professional, dependable, and organized Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position responsible for supporting employees, maintaining compliance, and assisting with the daily operations of the facility. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of payroll processing and employee benefits, including PTO, insurance, and 401(k) administration Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with licensing, health, and long-term care requirements Oversee the workers' compensation program Assist the Administrator with employee concerns and workplace issues Provide guidance and support regarding company policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Perform general receptionist and administrative duties as needed Provide backup support to other office personell Schedule employees for shifts using OnShift Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures Working knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits Familiarity with bookkeeping practices preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Professional, ethical, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to follow direction and work independently Genuine interest in serving and supporting the senior population Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing The ideal candidate will be professional, compassionate, and service-oriented , with a strong commitment to supporting both our employees and residents.
