Job Description
- Job Summary
- As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a rack maintenance team. Your role will involve supervising team members, ensuring excellent service to our client. Must have own reliable vehicle to travel to job site and able to use for state to state travel.
- Duties
- Manage and lead a team of 2-3
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor nightly performance to ensure all goals are met
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Stand for 8hrs or longer
- Able to lift over 50lbs
- Able to use hand/power tools
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Experience
- Must have Home Depot/Lowes racking install experience.
- Previous experience in installing pallet rack installation
- Proven experience in a leadership or assistant manager role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability in supervising and motivating a team
