•Team Lead to join our growing team. The Warehouse Internet Shipper

•Team Lead is responsible for the entire shipping process for orders that have been picked and are ready to pack. The ideal candidate should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, passionate about customer satisfaction, and committed to workplace safety. This position will assist the department supervisor with daily planning and provide guidance to staff members to ensure Internet shipping requirements are completed efficiently and on time. The Team Lead must be able to handle department demands and expectations, meet deadlines, complete administrative duties, troubleshoot issues, and effectively problem-solve. To succeed in this role, you must be accurate, able to work at a fast pace, dependable, willing to work as part of the Internet Shipping Team, flexible with scheduling, and committed to providing customers with an excellent experience. Responsibilities Ensure team members follow proper procedures and good safety practices. Ensure department productivity and quality goals are achieved. Assist with the training and follow-up of new team members. Maintain excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication. Direct and oversee the Internet shipping process, including picking, sorting, packing, and processing orders to meet customer deadlines. Assist picking supervisors with navigating and prioritizing orders. Monitor systems and emails frequently to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards. Maintain and promote workplace safety. Secure and transfer cash or other assets as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions. Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements. Ability to focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Great communication skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work effectively with staff members and supervisors. Open availability with the flexibility to work various shifts and overtime. 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Familiarity with warehouse safety measures. Physical Requirements Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 100 lbs. Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach. Occasionally sit, climb ladders and/or stairs, or balance. May be exposed to varying environmental and temperature conditions. May be required to work in narrow aisles or passageways. Must have the visual ability necessary to perform the position, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. #TradeSkills123 #Professional123
