Duties and Responsibilities:
The Lead assigns work depending on priorities set by the Operations Supervisor in the Cases & Trays Department. The Lead also ensures that operators are following required duties and tasks as prescribed by Millstone SCP's and DWI's. Assist in operational and quality issues that operators encounter during shipping, receiving, packaging and operations. Recommend and implement changes to DWI. Assist in process improvement initiatives. Support and train new operators. The position includes visual inspection of medical devices and instruments which requires the ability to detect defects. 20/20 or corrected 20/20 vision is required. Requirements Requires one to two years of prior experience Possess basic arithmetic skills Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written to communicate with customers Ability to train other employees Attention to detail Mid-level
