Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy across all activities. Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling Coordinate the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to facilitate efficient warehouse activities Oversee inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts Implement process improvements aligned with lean management principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and promote a safe working environment for all team members Manage logistics operations related to 3PL providers, e-commerce fulfillment, and distribution center activities Communicate effectively with team members and management through managerial communication skills to foster teamwork and accountability Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or as a warehouse supervisor within a distribution or manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and inventory management systems Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and heavy lifting tools Familiarity with logistics processes including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and distribution center operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Demonstrated leadership skills with team management and team leadership capabilities Knowledge of OSHA regulations, lean management practices, and warehouse safety standards Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial roles in fast-paced environments Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to operational excellence while advancing your career in a vibrant warehouse environment!
