Role:

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations and team performance to meet productivity goals. Coordinate and schedule staff assignments to optimize workflow and efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment and stock management. Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees. Conduct training sessions for new hires on warehouse procedures and safety practices. Assist in the preparation of reports on warehouse performance and employee productivity. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
