Overview We are seeking a highly vigilant and detail-oriented Warehouse International and MOD (Manager on Duty) Coordinator for a client in the Southaven, MS area. Shift hours and Pay Rate Shift is 7:30AM-4:30pm plus any overtime as needed Monday through Friday plus any Saturdays or Sundays as needed $17.50/hr with job being temp to hire Responsibilities Must be able to verify shipping documents, packing lists, and invoices for accuracy before dispatching. Schedule freight carriers and coordinate loading task. Prioritize daily sales orders and designate staff to pick and ship orders to meet deadlines. Collaborate with customer service to resolve order issues. Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling), assemble product containers and crates, pack containers, attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information, stage and sort products for loading, load and unload trailers Requirements Must be Knowledgeable of the Oracle system, WMS or ERP software. Must be documented on submitted resume. Must have strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to proactively prevent logistics bottlenecks. Must have excellent communication and computer skills Must be able to multitask and be a team player Must be able to wear Steel or Composite Toe Shoes and Safety Vest Ability to work in the cold and heat. Warehouse is NOT climate controlled Ability to work 10 to 12 hours a day plus weekends when needed This job is NOT background friendly and does require candidate to have a clear 7 year background.

Pay:

From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
