What You'll Do:

Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment Partner with leadership to execute operational goals and performance metrics Monitor workflows, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery standards Coach and develop team members, including performance management Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations

What You'll Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations Prior supervisory or leadership experience Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
