Server

Lula & Sadie's - A fine Southern Eatery is actively seeking individuals with hospitality/customer service experience to join our growing operations! Part-time & full-time positions available, minimum 2 shifts/week availability. We're looking for people who fit the roles of: Servers - to take care of our guests and provide top quality service w/ our brand in mind.

Requirements:

21+ years old for Servers/Bartenders (preferred) Ability to work independently & on a team, with time-management skills. 2+ years customer Service/hospitality experience (required) 2+ years full-service dining (preferred) Experience with Toast POS (preferred) Reliable, trustworthy, and overall a good person & teammate. Positions start at $3/hour, and a living wage fee of 20% is added to every check, every time, divided by all hourly employees on daily pool basis. Additional gratuity encouraged but not required by guests, which goes directly to the server.

Our hours:

CLOSED Monday, Tues-Thurs 11am-2pm/5-9pm, Friday 11am-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-3pm (Brunch is Sa/Su 10a-3pm). Lula and Sadie's is a fair and equal opportunity employer. Black family, Veteran, and Woman owned + operated. LGBTQIA+ and Military encouraged to apply.
