Job Description

Shift Details Monday - Friday - 0800-1630 About This Role The Warehouse Administrative Coordinator (Materials Management) plays a critical role in supporting cross-functional operations within the RTP Bio/Pharma sites in a cGMP environment. This position ensures the efficient coordination of outbound shipments, accurate inventory management, and continuous process improvement. The role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the handling, storage, and movement of critical materials, including raw materials, drug substances, drug products, and cell banks. This is the administrative side of shipping and does not include any physical material handling. What You'll Do Coordinate all outbound shipments of material samples, raw materials, drug substances, drug products, and cell banks by collaborating with cross-functional teams Ensure all required shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing slips) is accurate and complete while maintaining cGMP compliance and a safe working environment Who You Are You are a highly motivated, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable working independently while ensuring logistics activities are executed safely, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory and company standards. Required Skills Completed High School Diploma or GED 4+ years of relevant experience in a GMP materials management or GMP logistics environment (Will consider Associate's plus 3 years experience or Bachelor's plus 2 years experience) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Skills Basic Oracle Executive Business Suite Knowledge Experienced with

Entry Level Additional Information The base compensation range for this role is: $25.48-$33.17 Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
