POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing and directing the activities and personnel of the B2B Labeling and Ecommerce Pick and Pack Operations for the shift. Help direct, support and coordinate all Outbound operations, making key decisions regarding the replenishment, picking and shipping of B2B customer orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Hands on approach with a focus on day-to-day operations and the leadership of all shift associates including Team Leads Coordinate efforts between Storage/ Replenishment, Labeling and E-commerce staff, and the entire Warehouse Team to ensure all orders are selected and shipped on time every time. Instill accountability and responsibility amongst the Team Leads and Associates Manage all payroll tracking for hourly associates Develop and implement operational work schedules and assignments to ensure effective and efficient operations Align with Management on headcount constraints and any assistance needed to achieve goals while balancing KPI's Align with Maintenance on equipment or safety issues Align with Management for all strategy updates based on business needs Track Associate productivity and coach underperformers. Coach and train all Associates while maintaining a training log for work instructions Lead by example with a result driven focus Maintain 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) Standards Make recommendations to the Operations Managers on programs to improve warehouse operations Complete employee performance reviews as requested Comply with company safety policies and procedures Other projects as assigned by Manager
REQUIRED SKILLS OR EDUCATION
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment Bilingual a plus Prior experience utilizing WMS and ERP systems (Manhattan and NetSuite preferred) Bachelor's Degree with focus on Supply Chain or Logistics (preferred) Computer applications using MS office with a strong focus on MS Excel (especially Pivot tables and V Lookups) Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment Working knowledge of
OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, FDA
regulations Experience and a working knowledge of tracking Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) Metrics preferred Excellent supervisory skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Must be able to work in varying facility conditions Ability and open availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed by the customer
