Hire Dynamics is searching for a Shipping Lead for a facility in Gastonia, NC. A shipping lead oversees daily outbound logistics, coordinates cargo loading, and guides warehouse staff to ensure orders leave on time.

Responsibilities for Shipping lead include:

Assign daily tasks, train new staff, and guide team members on the warehouse floor. Communicate with freight drivers and delivery services to schedule pickups and track cargo. Prepare and check bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory logs. Prepare packages for shipment Use of sit-down forklift to move material

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with prior leadership or team lead roles preferred. Proficient with shipping software, inventory databases, and basic computer programs like Excel. Able to stand for long periods, walk, and lift heavy packages (often up to 30-50 lbs).
