Fleet Service Foreman| Greensboro, NC ​ Eagle Transport has served as a leader in the transportation industry since 1969, transporting fuel, chemical, and dry bulk products throughout the eastern United States. With our continued expansion and growth in the Southeast, we are looking for a Fleet Foreman to join our team. As the Fleet Service Foreman , you'll oversee daily operations of the maintenance shop while performing hands-on tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the terminal's fleet.

Primary Responsibilities:

PM tracking, & coordinating equipment downtime with terminal operations staff Responsible for coordination of any outside repair work completed by vendors Responsible for working with Regional Field Maintenance Manager to control maintenance related costs by effectively managing repair, preventative maintenance, warranty, & purchasing programs. Responsible for inputting purchase & repair data into the fleet maintenance software system

Requirements:

2 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic and the ability to provide own tools. Certifications to perform annual, brake and DOT inspections (ASE Certification a plus) Valid Driver License (Preference for applicants with a commercial driving license and the ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical.
