The warehouse coordinator position is a critical role that is primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day back-end pharmacy operations. The employee is vital to ensure effective and efficient workflows and is responsible for maintaining and tracking inventories of shipments, supplies and equipment, coordinating daily delivery driver routes and schedules, and many other critical roles that are necessary to maintain compliance with accrediting boards, licensing bodies, and government agencies.
Job Specific Requirements:
Route and coordinate regional courier shipments Pull supplies for pharmacy order fulfillment Package and ship outgoing deliveries Break down boxes, take out trash, and maintain clean and organized warehouse Perform quarterly Packout Temperature Validations Track all packages for delivery confirmation and coordinate shipping resolution when necessary Receive, unpack and validate all incoming deliveries Stock, and rotate supplies Re-order supplies, and manage inventories (includes creating and receiving purchase orders) Managing and planning ahead for product shortages Assisting with pharmacy supply recalls Maintain and coordinate relationships with supply vendors, and negotiating prices Managing pharmacy rental equipment, tracking and coordinating preventative maintenance, and cleaning and testing of infusion pumps in-house Assisting with completion and documentation of pharmacy inventories Responsible for maintaining and coordinating facility safety Additional duties, as assigned
Job Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Standing, walking, and bending for long period of time. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
Required Qualifications:
High school graduate, or GED Minimum 1 years of experience in a warehouse shipping or logistics setting Valid driver's license with clean driving record Proof of auto-insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior warehouse supervisor experience Knowledge and understanding of DOT rules and regulations Knowledge and understanding of OSHA workplace safety rules and regulations
Pay:
$18.25 - $20.00 per hour
