Overview Large electronics manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate shipping and receiving operations, and ensure seamless inventory management. Your expertise will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse distribution, and support procurement and transportation planning efforts. Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, and manual handling to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as PCMRP and 123Insight to track inventory levels, process transactions, and generate reports. Conduct data collection and analysis using Excel, SQL, Tableau or other analytics tools to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Oversee procurement activities including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and category management to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply. Support inventory control initiatives by monitoring stock levels through inventory management systems and implementing cycle counts or audits as needed. Lead efforts in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency, safety protocols, and materials handling procedures. Maintain accurate documentation related to freight forwarding (including NVOCC), shipping & receiving logs, contracts, and vendor management records. Experience Minimum of three years experience in warehouse operations or supply chain roles with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Demonstrated proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms PCMRP and 123Insight Strong data analysis skills utilizing Excel (including data analysis with spreadsheets), SQL queries, Tableau dashboards or similar tools for supply chain analytics. Hands-on experience with procurement processes including sourcing strategies, negotiation tactics, vendor management, and contract administration. Knowledge of inventory management practices such as stock control methods, demand planning (MRP), order fulfillment strategies, and inventory accuracy techniques. Ability to practice in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities across logistics functions such as shipping & receiving, materials handling, transportation planning, and category management. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors or carriers. Relevant certifications such as forklift operation or safety training are advantageous but not mandatory.
