Night Shift Location:

Raleigh, NC Shift:

Sunday-Thursday 9PM-5AM, Overtime available

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and coach shipping team members, assigning daily tasks and keeping the team on schedule Plan and prioritize outbound shipments to meet customer delivery commitments Verify orders, load accuracy, and shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, and labels) Coordinate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues quickly Schedule carriers and manage dock and trailer loading Enforce safety procedures, including safe use of forklifts and material handling equipment

Requirements:

3+ years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience Previous leadership experience Routing experience Forklift certification

Preferences:
