LOCATION

McLane Foodservice - 2641 Meadowbrook Rd., Rocky Mount, NC 27801

Work Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday 4pm start

Starting Rate:

Essential Job Functions:

Provide inbound and outbound customer service phone coverage. Conducting research to resolve customer issues. Monitoring daily "Out of Stock" report and address accordingly. Invoicing orders and preparing pouches for drivers prior to truck departure. Respond to emails Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year call center experience Customer service experience preferred Foodservice experience preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). Type at least 45 WPM Knowledge of AS-400 preferred, but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
