Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure safety compliance. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to process improvement, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to foster a motivated and efficient team. Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy, proper stock levels, and timely replenishment. Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to meet operational targets. Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and enhance safety standards aligned with OSHA regulations. Operate and oversee forklift operations and mechanical equipment to facilitate heavy lifting and materials handling safely. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting. Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to OSHA standards and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Experience Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role within logistics or distribution environments. Strong background in inventory control, warehouse distribution, and process improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or equivalent platforms. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and training within a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to materials handling, heavy lifting, shipping & receiving operations. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation including forklifts is highly desirable. Experience working with 3PL providers or in e-commerce logistics environments is a plus. From $56,000.00 per year
