Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity within a distribution or warehouse environment. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management systems and logistics software. Strong proficiency in shipping platforms such as FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip. Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
