Full-Time Position Summary Fenco Solutions, a leading metal manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Shipping Supervisor to join our Factory Management team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure the accurate and timely movement of materials and products. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. Coordinate shipping activities with Production Control, Project Management, and other departments. Ensure shipments are accurate, timely, and meet customer requirements. Maintain organized inventory and storage areas and oversee cycle counts. Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and safety. Manage shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts. Track departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse team members. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. Identify and resolve shipping, inventory, and operational issues. Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook daily for communication, reporting, and operational planning. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory operations, including supervisory experience. Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Experience with inventory cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepancies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and shipping or inventory software . Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
