We operate multiple fulfillment facilities across the U.S. and support fast-paced warehouse operations for a wide range of clients. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our team and help lead daily warehouse operations while ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Position Overview The Warehouse Team Lead will supervise warehouse associates and support daily operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership of warehouse performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily work activities of warehouse associates Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and workflow Ensure warehouse tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Communicate with supervisors and management regarding daily operations and issues Help improve warehouse efficiency and productivity Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintain accurate records and operational documentation Identify and report operational or workplace issues to management Support other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications 1+ year of warehouse leadership or Team Lead experience Strong understanding of warehouse operations Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in any two of the following languages: English & Mandarin English & Spanish Mandarin & Spanish Previous experience in a 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment environment Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Sick Leave 401(k)
