This role involves directing forklift and hi-lo operators, tracking daily progress, mentoring staff, verifying output via scanning tools, and ensuring the facility remains safe, efficient, and precise.

Monday-Friday, 12:30PM - 9 PM Core Duties Distribute daily tasks to forklift and hi-lo operators based on operational data Help maintain consistent workflow to ensure all objectives are met with high precision and on schedule Confirm that all processed work is correctly logged through the warehouse scanning system Provide guidance and mentorship to warehouse personnel Facilitate the flow of information and address operational bottlenecks Stay visible and engaged directly on the warehouse floor Qualifications Prior experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory capacity is a plus Background operating forklift or hi-lo equipment is preferred Ability to utilize warehouse reporting tools and scanning technology Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities Physical capacity to stand or walk for long shifts and lift over 35 lbs Help foster a culture of reliability and safety by modeling professional behavior Required Skillset Warehouse Operations Forklift Certification Task Delegation Technical Tools RF Scanning Equipment
