Job Description

DESCRIPTION
Warehouse Supervisor oversees all activities including shipping, receiving and inventory management in warehouse operation to make sure it meets customers' expectations and complies with operation safety and standards.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Check and monitor daily receiving GR, shipping and production status Monitor and assist on pending receiving orders. Perform daily cycle/physical counts Perform RMA and RTV swap as needed Resolve and coordinate daily warehouse operational problems Monitor/manage EVMI inventory Currently handle kitting/testing/end of the day reports and shipping Ensure and comply safety requirements Supervise and provide appropriate training to staff. Responsible for exceeding customer metrics (cost, quality, and responsiveness) Provide support for Sales and customer quotations. Develop corrective action plans when performance falls below target. Execute group and company disciplines and procedures. Monitor/manage inventory and EOL management. Check and monitor daily Receiving, Shipping and Inbound status. Coordinate any facility maintenance, repair and rearrangement. Identify growth opportunities with current customers. Motivate and encourage continuous improvements culture. Set short and long term goals for subordinates/teams Support development of Lean culture. Development of Standard Operating Procedures.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Required Degree in business related major or equivalent related work experiences Lean knowledge to include 5's, waste walks, root cause problem solving. 5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics management Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems Competency Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and etc.) Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
