About Computers 4 People Shield Internet is the affordable wireless service operated by Computers 4 People. Already serving more than 5,000 customers nationwide , every subscriber helps fund the donation of more computers to people in need. We're building a fast-growing telecom operation that currently ships 30-150 customer orders every day , with volume expected to continue increasing. Position Overview The Shield Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day fulfillment and logistics of Shield Internet orders. You'll ensure every customer receives the correct SIM card or hotspot quickly and accurately while maintaining organized inventory and operational systems. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating efficient processes. You'll clock in, complete the day's fulfillment, and clock out once all shipments have been accurately processed. Responsibilities Package and fulfill 30-150 customer orders per day , including SIM cards and hotspots. Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments. Scan SIM cards, serial numbers, and tracking information into internal systems. Maintain accurate inventory of SIM cards, routers, envelopes, shipping supplies, and fulfillment materials. Print, cut, fold, and assemble customer inserts, welcome letters, and marketing materials. Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, including incorrect addresses, returned shipments, carrier delays, inventory discrepancies, and system outages. Prepare and deliver outgoing shipments to the post office or shipping carrier. Keep the fulfillment workspace clean, organized, and efficient. Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes as shipment volume grows. Qualifications Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Organized and dependable. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with shipping, logistics, warehouse, or operations is preferred but not required. Orders are packaged accurately, shipped on time, and fulfillment targets are consistently met with minimal errors. 20%Inventory Management:
