Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all associates are trained in ALL warehouse processes. This includes confirming annual SOP compliance. Have a working knowledge of specific client requirements. Responsible for providing resolutions and decisions in the client's best interest. Oversee daily processes on the warehouse floor and communicate to staff any changes or adjustments in the process. Responsible for executing annual compliance SOP review and retraining for any changes. Assist supervisors on team solutions. Flexibility in hours during high-volume periods. Daily use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and providing guidance to coordinators. Daily use of the Labor Management System (LMS) and keeping track of employee time, attendance, and performance. Assist Supervisor in Operations Oversight including Safety Protocols / Processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
4+ years' experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Detail oriented and able to multi-task. Bilingual a plus. Prior experience with a warehouse management system. Strong level of experience troubleshooting, problem-solving and think analytically. Strong soft skills related to communication, agility and collaboration.
