09/12/2026 Job Description Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Medical Day Care team on a part-time basis. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, support participant health needs, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our participants. Key Responsibilities Provide routine nursing care and monitoring of participants Administer medications and treatments as ordered Assist with assessments, documentation, and care plan updates Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising RN/physician Respond to participant health concerns and emergencies Maintain accurate and timely medical records Support a positive, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment Qualifications Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills We strongly encourage applicants who are multilingual , especially those fluent in: Mandarin Korean Russian
