  • 2ND SHIFT Now hiring a Warehouse Supervisor (QPS/SKYPOD Area)
  • 2nd Shift for a warehouse operation located in Phillipsburg NJ. Schedule Monday to Saturday 1-930PM and Sundays 8AM to 430PM and a starting pay rate of $23
  • 28 based on experience .
In this role, you'll lead day-to-day warehouse operations on your assigned shift—directing teams, protecting inventory accuracy, and driving safe, compliant performance. This opportunity starts through the agency, with the right candidate converting to a permanent client hire after 90 days . Benefits 90-day path to permanent hire with the client (based on performance) Support from Integrity Staffing throughout your assignment About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations on an assigned shift by assigning, directing, and monitoring warehouse staff to ensure strong customer service, quality, compliance, safety, and positive employee relations.
Pay Rate:
up to $28 based on experience Shift Time Monday to Saturday 1PM to 9:30PM and Sunday 8 AM to 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct warehouse staff using sound warehouse operating principles and procedures Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations Monitor team performance to support timely pick-ups, deliveries, and transfers with excellent customer service and zero damages/losses Maintain inventory controls and records to support inventory accuracy Conduct cycle counts on a predetermined schedule Document, record, and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner Train warehouse staff on effective operations, safety, and security Maintain a positive employee relations environment aligned with company policies Prepare and submit daily/weekly paperwork on time Recommend daily staffing levels based on volume Perform other duties as required Key Requirements Associate degree in business or related field 2-5 years of distribution/warehouse operations experience, including prior team lead or supervisory experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up Computer skills including AS-400, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional, positive, motivated demeanor Bilingual English/Spanish (speaking/reading/writing) is a plus Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
