Receive, inspect, and accurately stock all incoming inventory and materials in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following "clean as you go" practices and participating in facility upkeep. Assemble, wrap, label, and move pallets & warp pallets or packages in preparation for shipment or distribution.

Accurately pick and pack customer orders for both retail stores and E-commerce fulfillment. Verify incoming E-commerce orders and prepare them for processing according to standard operating procedures. Ensure order accuracy and completeness while picking, packing, and labeling products. Perform receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping tasks efficiently and in line with daily productivity targets. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a zero-accident workplace and participate in ongoing safety training. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and service level commitments. Use handheld scanners, inventory software, and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) to execute warehouse tasks accurately Print shipping labels, packing slips, pick lists, and bills of lading as needed Enter and update basic data in the WMS, such as receipts, inventory adjustments, and order status Check email and respond to routine questions from management, customer service, and carriers Requirements 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) E-commerce or high-volume fulfillment experience preferred Forklift Driving Experience is a Plus (or ability to obtain within 30 days) English & Spanish Experience with WMS software, RF scanners, and Microsoft Excel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment
