This role is responsible for managing unloading, scanning, photographing, sorting, palletizing, put-away, and inventory system updates. The ideal candidate will lead the inbound team, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, maintain receiving accuracy, and resolve inbound exceptions efficiently. Experience with B2B, B2C, or Amazon FBA inbound operations is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily inbound receiving activities, including unloading, scanning, photographing, counting, sorting, labeling, and palletizing. Assign tasks and schedule warehouse staff based on inbound volume and operational priorities. Ensure all inbound shipments are received, processed, and put away accurately and within the required timeline. Verify shipment quantities, product information, labels, and receiving documentation. Ensure inventory records and warehouse management system updates are completed accurately and promptly. Monitor compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards. Identify, document, and resolve inbound exceptions, including damaged goods, missing items, overages, shortages, returns, and labeling discrepancies. Coordinate with inventory, customer service, transportation, and other departments to resolve receiving issues. Train new employees on inbound procedures, system workflows, equipment operation, and workplace safety. Monitor team productivity, receiving accuracy, and put-away performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and staging area. Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment when needed, if properly trained and certified. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operations is required. Experience with B2B, B2C, or Amazon FBA inbound workflows is strongly preferred. Previous team leadership, lead, or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong understanding of receiving procedures, inventory control, warehouse management systems, and put-away workflows. Ability to identify operational issues, manage exceptions, and coordinate multiple priorities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work full-time onsite in a hands-on warehouse supervisory role. Forklift operation experience or certification is preferred. Proficiency in basic computer applications and warehouse management systems. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
