We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented, bilingual (Chinese) Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will supervise warehouse employees and make sure shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling are completed safely, accurately, and on time. You will also help improve warehouse processes, maintain accurate inventory, and support a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling. Assign work to warehouse employees and make sure tasks are completed correctly and on time. Train, coach, and support employees to improve performance and teamwork. Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work quality. Make sure forklifts and other warehouse equipment are operated safely and correctly. Help improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce mistakes and waste. Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, and other inventory tools. Investigate and help resolve inventory differences or shipping and receiving problems. Follow and enforce OSHA requirements and company safety rules. Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, freight movement, and warehouse documentation. Work with other departments to solve warehouse and logistics issues. Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. Qualifications Previous experience supervising or managing employees in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operation. Bilingual, English and Chinese Good understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse processes. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners is preferred. Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment; forklift certification is preferred. Computer proficient with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to give employees clear instructions and follow up on their work. Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50lbs as required. Knowledge of OSHA requirements and warehouse safety practices. Pay:
