Job Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy through physical cycle counts, manage defective product accountability, and drive corrective actions when needed. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced 3PL environment. The schedule would be Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM. How you create impact Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory Implement continuous improvement action plans Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed Other operational and leadership duties as required or assigned What we would like you to bring High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment 2 or more years in a supervisory role Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferably SwiftLog or Blue Yonder For applicants in the
