$22.00- $22.00 per Hour 2nd Shift Fulfillment Supervisor Toms River, NJ $22.00/hr Monday
- Friday | 12:00 PM
- 8:30 PM (flexibility required) Our client in Toms River, NJ is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Fulfillment Supervisor to lead and support warehouse operations during the afternoon shift. This is a working supervisor role — the selected candidate will lead by example while actively supporting daily warehouse activities on the floor. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pickers and packers during 2nd shift operations
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Support loading, unloading, and outbound shipping activities
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and order accuracy
- Train and support team members as needed
- Maintain safety, organization, and efficiency on the warehouse floor
- Step in and assist with warehouse operations when needed Requirements
- Previous warehouse supervisor, lead, or team lead experience preferred
- Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Reliable and able to lead by example
- Forklift experience is a plus
