Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for franchisees, corporate studios, and online customers Process and label shipments using UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other carriers Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment that reflects The Tox's operational standards Receive and unpack incoming inventory and supplies Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and stock organization Communicate with the operations team to meet daily shipping timelines Ensure all outgoing products uphold The Tox's quality and presentation standards Support general warehouse tasks and operational needs as we continue to grow

Qualifications:

Prior experience in shipping, warehouse, or inventory operations Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes with accuracy Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment Basic computer and labeling system skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
