Full-Time Bilingual Required We are currently hiring a Warehouse/Repack Lead for a food-grade warehouse in Trenton, NJ . This is a hands-on leadership position within a small warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supervising daily operations while also working alongside the team with filling, repacking, warehouse, and production duties.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and assist a small team in daily warehouse and repack operations Handle bulk and packaged food-grade products, including olive oil Supervise and assist with filling containers such as drums, totes, pails, and tankers Assist with receiving, shipping, inventory control, and cycle counts Coordinate production schedules to meet customer requirements and on-time deliveries Maintain accurate paperwork and keep inventory spreadsheets up to date Communicate with customers and carriers by phone and email as needed Help maintain clean, organized, and food-grade storage areas Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and quality standards Monitor and help maintain warehouse equipment Perform hands-on warehouse and repack duties as needed Assist with other warehouse operations and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bilingual required Previous warehouse, production, repack, or food-grade experience preferred Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment Ability to complete paperwork and maintain Excel/inventory records Must be able to work effectively as part of a small team Ability to follow food safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who can lead by example . This is not a position where you will simply oversee employees—you will be expected to work alongside the team and be involved in the day-to-day filling, repacking, warehouse, and production operations.

Pay:

$20-$21/hour Qualified candidates will be scheduled for an interview at the Trenton, NJ facility.

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
