Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to oversee the daily workflow, maintenance, and repair of our fleet and landscaping equipment. This position will work closely with the Head Mechanic, management, field managers, and mechanics to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repairs are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage the daily schedule and workflow for staff mechanics in coordination with the Head Mechanic Serve as a point of communication between management, field managers, and the mechanic team Oversee the maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small engines Oversee snow removal equipment, including plow trucks, salt spreaders, skid steers, and loaders Schedule and manage fleet repairs and preventive maintenance Manage repair and maintenance tracking software for management review and long-term planning Manage parts inventory and order replacement parts as needed Troubleshoot repairs involving gas and diesel engines Coordinate preventive maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machinery and equipment Maintain accurate logs of repairs and work performed Communicate with mechanics, field supervisors, and management regarding equipment needs and repairs Follow established company procedures Utilize GPS tracking software; experience with Samsara and Linxup is preferred
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license Fleet maintenance experience Knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements Computer skills Experience with gas and diesel engines Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
