Warehouse Supervisor Req #3978 West Deptford, NJ, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Friday, September 4, 2026 at 1:00 AM My Auto Store is currently looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys working alongside their team while helping keep operations organized, efficient, and safe. This role is ideal for someone who has strong warehouse experience and is ready to step into a leadership position, or someone who already has leadership or supervisory experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will help coordinate daily warehouse activities, support your team on the floor, and ensure orders move through the warehouse accurately and on time. This role will be worked in West Deptford, NJ and pays $24 - 27/hr. The shift will be Monday through Friday 7am - 330pm. What You Will Do Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to warehouse staff to keep operations running smoothly Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time Monitor team productivity, quality, and accuracy throughout the shift Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment Work closely with transportation, customer service, and management teams to support operations Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related tools to track inventory and workflow Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Step in and assist with warehouse tasks when needed to keep the operation moving What We Are Looking For Prior experience working in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations Lead, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred (but not required) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable using warehouse systems or inventory software Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus Previous warehouse experience required Prior team lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred #LI-onsite IND02 Job Details Job Family US Production Pay Type Hourly Hiring Min Rate 24 USD Hiring Max Rate 27 USD Scan this QR code and apply!
