We're looking for someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and treats customers and their homes with care. The right candidate will help lead the delivery team, maintain accurate inventory, and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a major plus. Responsibilities Lead and assist with daily mattress and furniture deliveries Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise safely Set up mattresses, adjustable bases, bed frames, and related products in customers' homes Protect customers' homes and merchandise from damage Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries Organize daily delivery routes and confirm all items are loaded correctly Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming merchandise Track inventory and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products Keep the warehouse, delivery vehicles, and loading areas clean and organized Help train delivery and warehouse employees Perform opening or closing duties when needed Follow all company driving, lifting, and workplace-safety procedures Assist with other warehouse and store-support duties as assigned Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to work with limited supervision Strong organizational and leadership skills Professional attitude and good customer-service skills Able to perform frequent lifting and carrying of mattresses and furniture with a partner Comfortable working in a warehouse and making residential deliveries Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements Able to pass any required background check, driving-record check, or drug screening Previous delivery, moving, warehouse, or team-lead experience is preferred Experience assembling adjustable bases and bed frames is helpful but not required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Availability to work [weekends and other required days/hours] Compensation and Benefits $16-$18 per hour [Delivery tips] Paid training Employee discount Opportunities for advancement [Paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, or other benefits] What Success Looks Like A successful Delivery & Warehouse Lead keeps deliveries accurate and on schedule, maintains an organized warehouse, protects company merchandise, and provides customers with a respectful and professional experience.
