Roles and Responsibilities Ensure the warehouse pick/pack/inventory operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing goals Train and supervise a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals Review and prepare workflow and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations Daily schedules for your staff as well as attendance tracking, minimal payroll, and goal setting. Strong motivator with excellent listening and communication skills Meet regularly with warehouse lead and team to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Ability to work with all levels of company staff Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback 3+ years of formal supervisory experience leading a team in a high paced environment Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Excellent math and counting skills Proactively builds and maintains collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.
