Job Description
The Branch Sales Representative, reporting to the Regional Manager, will focus on growing sales of ourentire product offering to an assigned account list by utilizing technology, understanding market needs,and building relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
•
Maximize Sales Potential:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize salespotential.
•
Customer Profiles:
Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
•
Identify Growth Opportunities:
Identify growth opportunities for assigned and new branch targetaccounts.
•
Support Sales Associates:
Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
•
Promotions:
Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customerengagement.
•
Account Reviews:
Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
•
Product Management:
Provide input to Product Management on products to be stocked andlevels needed.
• Document customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and uphold strong CRM hygiene toensure accurate, reliable data in Salesforce.

Mentorship:
Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
•
Customer Service:
Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
•
Technology Utilization:
Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
•
Continued Learning:
Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
•
Recruiting:
Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
• This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professionaldevelopment opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should beprepared to travel, with advance notice provided whenever possible or as it relates to theirspecific role.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties asassigned.
Required Qualifications
•
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience preferred
•
Driver's License:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must have a cleandriving record for at least the past 3 years.

Microsoft Office Proficiency:
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
•

Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
