Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Lead to support a high-tech data center facility in Sparks, NV (Near USA Parkway). In this role, you will act as the primary on-shift leader for Shipping & Receiving operations, supporting daily inbound and outbound logistics, assigning and prioritizing work, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining safety and inventory control. Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-shift lead for Shipping & Receiving operations Assign daily tasks, prioritize workloads, and support team members Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments including IT hardware, network gear, and spare parts Match packing slips, purchase orders, and asset documents; report discrepancies Label, document, route, and stage inventory for storage, inspection, or deployment Perform full inbound/outbound processing per data center SOPs Prepare, package, label, and release outbound shipments (domestic & international) Create, review, and validate accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) Maintain inventory accuracy within EWM or similar tracking systems Support consolidation, kitting, and staging for deployments, upgrades, or decommissions Operate pallet jacks and approved MHE; assist with freight loading/unloading (team lift required) Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area Escalate discrepancies, delays, or risks impacting operations Cross-train and support additional warehouse/logistics departments as needed Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse, logistics, or data center operations Prior Lead, Acting Lead, or Senior Associate experience preferred Proven ability to assign tasks and support team members during operations Experience with EWM or similar warehouse/inventory systems Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Slides Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable transportation to Sparks, NV (near USA Parkway) High school diploma or GED required Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screening Pay $28.00 per hour Schedule Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime may be required as needed.
