Warehouse Line Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Line Supervisor to oversee daily picking operations within the warehouse. The role is responsible for managing workflow, monitoring employee productivity, ensuring order accuracy, and supporting on time shipment execution in a fast paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse picking and operational activities Support staffing and workflow throughout the shift Monitor employee productivity and order accuracy Support replenishment and inventory accuracy Ensure WMS scanning procedures and operational processes are followed

Qualifications:

Basic Computer and WMS experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits Company paid benefits are available after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company contribution Life insurance Paid time off

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Overtime based on the demands of the business

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
