Job Summary:
Responsible for working in and monitoring/coordinating the work flow in functional Distribution Area. Demonstrated working knowledge in all areas such as Picking (carousel, automatic dispense machine (ADM), pick to light (PTL), voice picking, list picking via RF scanners), Packing (small order, multi tote, advanced shipment notice (ASN)), Problem resolve and Carrier Sorter. Must have general knowledge of Private Label, Inventory Control, and general process flow through out Distribution Center. Must be proficient in primary work area. Acts as a backup in the absence of Supervisor for day to day activities. Must be able to provide strong guidance, leadership, communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills across various levels. Requires minimal supervision.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Requires expert knowledge within a specific operational discipline typically gained through broad work experience and/or education. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of departmental workflows, production processes, and resource allocation. Experience handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management. Ability to step into supervisory responsibilities and make sound decisions independently. Effective verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of the organization. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain positive working relationships with internal partners. Commitment to safety, quality, and Company Values.
