Bilingual Warehouse Lead -

English/Spanish Location:

Holbrook, NY Pay:

$22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-8:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of approximately 8 employees . The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong warehouse experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish , and proven experience operating a sit-down forklift . Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise a team of 8 warehouse employees Coordinate daily warehouse activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Assist with receiving, shipping, staging, and inventory activities Ensure proper handling and storage of products and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Communicate instructions and company expectations clearly to employees in both English and Spanish Monitor team productivity and help resolve day-to-day operational issues Follow all company safety procedures and forklift safety guidelines Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish — required Previous sit-down forklift experience — required Previous warehouse experience required Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred Ability to safely load and unload trucks Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Ability to work the required schedule Compensation $22.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
