Position Overview DiCarlo Distributors is seeking an experienced Warehouse PM Supervisor to join our warehouse operations team. Under the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse PM Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations while supervising a team of about 30 employees. This position plays an important role in ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage employees effectively, prioritize workload, address day-to-day operational challenges, and keep the team focused and accountable. Warehouse PM Supervisors Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct warehouse employees to ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Manage shift operations within a 24/7 warehouse environment Forecast staffing needs based on daily workload and operational requirements Monitor departmental productivity and ensure company performance standards are met Ensure HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and company safety guidelines are consistently followed Monitor employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies Address employee performance concerns and administer disciplinary action when necessary Review and approve employee time off requests based on staffing and operational needs Approve overtime as necessary based on workload and business demands Meet with the Warehouse Manager to review departmental productivity, staffing, and operational concerns Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to improve warehouse efficiency Motivate employees, provide direction, and promote accountability throughout the department Warehouse PM Supervisor Qualifications 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Food distribution or foodservice industry experience strongly preferred Strong computer skills Strong leadership, communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills Ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs Benefits Medical and dental insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life insurance 401(k) Paid holidays Paid sick and personal days Paid vacation Equal Employment Opportunity DiCarlo Distributors, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
