Warehouse Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics team! In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless distribution, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Duties Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock accuracy Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and prices to maximize cost savings and supply reliability Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle, and transportation management systems (TMS) to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and streamline logistics workflows Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inventory discrepancies to implement process improvements and prevent recurrence Oversee materials handling operations with equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times Plan transportation routes and schedules using transportation planning tools to optimize freight costs and delivery timelines Analyze data collected through SQL queries, Tableau dashboards, or supply chain analytics tools to identify trends, forecast demand, and support decision-making Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management, supply chain management, or logistics roles with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution and inventory control practices Knowledge of materials handling equipment including forklift operation (certification preferred) and mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues Excellent negotiation skills for procurement activities and vendor management Ability to perform root cause analysis to resolve supply chain issues effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Warehouse Coordinator if you're passionate about optimizing logistics operations!
